Designing and Drawing for production

I designed components and assemblies on Autodesk Inventor, and created detailed drawings used for production.

ANSYS / Nastran Verification

Performed ANSYS and Nastran structural analysis as well as modal analysis to assure customer compliance with designed parts and assemblies.

Bearing Load Calculation

Created a variable bearing load calculator for a three axis rotational system depending on maximum accelerations specified by customer to determine bearing life for the specific machine.

Drive Pack Wobble Test

After observing and recording the drive pack assembly procedure, I performed the wobble test using an autocollimator to confirm the drive pack rotational wobble meets the constraint of under a few arcseconds.
